How I work with clients


To help you make the changes that matter most, I've created a 5-step program that is customized for each individual client. 


  1. Identify the Learning: ​First, we'll talk about the important lessons and experiences you've had so far in your life. 
  2. Create the Vision: Next, we talk about what you want to change, what you want to start, or what you want to stop. What is it that you truly want? How can this become a reality? What will daily life look like in your new reality?
  3. Set the Goals: After that we establish the goals that will turn your vision into a reality. We get into the nitty gritty of what is really important and identify what matters the most to you.   
  4. Plan for Change: Then, we create a plan of action to accomplish your new goals. You'll learn manageable, applicable strategies for creating the change you want in a specific timeframe.
  5. Take Action: With your new strategies and techniques for creating change, it's time for action. With my complete support and encouragement, you'll apply what you've learned, leaving the worn-out comfort zone behind, and stretch into the life of growth, fulfillment and joy you deserve.
